Confirmation of orders indicates your acceptance to APwigs terms and conditions.

 

International customers are liable to pay local taxes or duties, assuming all liabilities under any customs or import laws and regulations.

 

AP wigs strives to ensure all products are in excellent condition.

 

AP wigs offer exchanges and refunds on any product with a manufacturing fault.

 

Before you send a unit back to us, please contact our Customer Care team if there is an issue or a fault.

To be eligible for a return/exchange you must comply with the following conditions;

 

Please request a return within 7 days of receiving products.

 

All units must be in original condition, unworn, uncut or altered in any way.

 

Please be cautious when trying on units and do not cut the lace until you are satisfied

 

All returns that do not meet our policy are nonrefundable and will be sent back to customers.

 

Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need up to 10 working days to process the funds back to your account.

 

Postage costs will also be refunded only for faulty units.

All units purchased from www.apwigs.com can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase.

 

If you would like to return an item, please contact our team here with your order number and contact information to receive instructions on how to return.

AP wigs does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind on colour or select the wrong capsize.

Please note: If you have any difficulties measuring your head accurately, please contact us before ordering your unit.

 

If you have received a faulty unit, please follow our conditions:

 

Please contact AP wigs within seven days of receiving unit.

 

The unit must be in original condition, unworn, uncut or altered in any way.

 

Units with lace cut or worn are non-refundable.

 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

 

If unit is faulty, we will advise on how to return the product to us.

 

Refunds on faulty units will be issued to the original payment method.

After dispatch from our facilities, transfers of liability shift’s to you, therefore you will become the importer and will be liable to pay local taxes or duties, furthermore assuming liability under any customs or import laws and regulations.
